Caroline Casey knows what it’s like to live a life pretending to be something you’re not—in her case, she hid the fact that she was legally blind to climb the corporate ladder. But once she realized she could ask for help and still believe in herself, she found she was capable of great things, including reaching goals no one thought were possible for her.

Too often we believe the negative, inaccurate labels given to us by others, or we only see our weaknesses, leading us to doubt our true strengths. We all have limitations, of course, but fear and doubt can create limitations that don’t need to be there. Caroline’s incredible journey reminds us that the power of belief in oneself can transform any life story.
